The Crimson Ghosts

Despues de Misfits, al hablar de Horrorpunk es importante hablar de The Crimson Ghosts, ellos son de Alemania, un pais donde el movimiento horrorpunk ha tenido mucho exito (The Other, The Fright, etc). Pues bien ellos como muchas de estas bandas comenzaron tocando covers de Misfits, incluso sus primeras grabaciones cuentan con los covers. Ahora son unas de las bandas mas conocidas del medio, debido a su sonido melodico pero brutal al mismo tiempo, mantienen la escencia del punk rock con hartos arreglos que los hacen mas poderosos ante cualquier banda que se atreva hablar de zombies y marcianos. En definitiva tal ves se trate de los mejores herederos del espectaculo y sonido iniciado por Misfits. Hace poco, principios del mes de Julio presentaron su nuevo disco "Generation Gore", un disco que a fin de cuentas no decepciona y con el que me he pegado estos ultimos dias.
