Poison Idea

Poison Idea es una banda de Hardcore punk, que aparecio en Oregon, Estados unidos en 1980.
Comenzando como es costumbre en estas bandas de esta epoca, praticando un punk rock muy crudo y acelerado, inspirados en bandas como Black Flag y The Germs. Pero Posion Idea nunca llego a los medios mas comerciales (como los antes citados lo hicieran en algun momento), por lo que son altamente respetados en la historia hardcore punk americana ochentera.
Despues de ser una banda recontra underground por fin vieron a luz lanzar un material, y es asi que para 1983 lanzan su mitico EP "Pick your king", que mostraba tanto a Jesucristo como a Elvis Presley, un disco escencial en su carrera harto hardcore punk cochinon, indigerible por cualquiera, pero ideal para un adolescente y para cualquier rebelde.
