From Ashes Rise

From Ashes Rise es una de mis bandas favoritas de Crust, asi que ya era momento de hacerle una entrada.
From Ashes Rise es una banda noteamericana cuya historia empieza a mediados de los noventas, en una zona de norteamerica donde nacerian ademas muchas bandas que junto con esta gestarian un nuevo sonido dentro del Crust Punk.
Su sonido mezcla influencias de Crust, Sludge y Metal, un sondio oscuro, depresivo con mensaje apocaliptico, contestatario, rebeldia y la valoracion de actitudes DIY.
Si bien la banda gozo de mucha fama durante su existencia, se separaron en el 2005, tras una gira con Subhumans. Ahora durante el 2010 sorprendieron presentando un disco en vivo "Live Hell" con un repertorio compuesto por sus mejores temas, e incluso la banda se volvio a juntar y aprovechar para dar conciertos, volvieron a estar activos.
En fin si tu rollo es cercano a bandas de Neocrust, este es un grupo que no debes perder de vista.
