The Hated

Banda Emo de Annapolis, Maryland activa desde 1985 hasta 1990. El Midwest Emo sin esta banda no tendria sentido, ni existiria o si a pesar hubiera existido no llegaria a ser el movimiento musical que fue. "Revolucion Summer" trajo a esta banda con aptitudes bien dispares (tanto en lo Acustico y en el Punk Rock) y asi lo demuestra "No More We Cry", pero la influencia del Rock Alternativo no tardaria en llegar. "The Replacements"y "R.E.M" prepararian el camino para "Like The Days" y para la obra maestra del Emo "Every Song" del cual el sonido el sonido desesperado y de hermosas melodias definiria al Emo por una decada mas, para los que siguen creyendo que el emo en los 90's fue reinvencion, aqui esta una de las pruebas de la evolucion.
