Banda clockwork streetpunk norteamericana, comenzo en Austin Texas en 1995, musicalmente influenciados por bandas como The Germs, Misfits, Sex Pistols, Black Flag y claro por las bandas Clockworkpunk (influenciados en la letra de las canciones y apariencia de los integrantes por la pelicula La naranja mecanica) como The Adicits y Major Accident. Rock'n'roll, Punk rock callejero, historias ficticias, protesta, cuestionamientos clasicos de los punks, acompañados de gran humor es lo que transmite Lower Class Brats. Sacaron hartos demos, LP's, 7" y 12", aparte de aparecer en compilatorios como "Punx United vol 1", "Don't pogo in the linving room", "Punk Core Records Sampler 1",etc. Compartiendo escenario con bandas como Hat Trickers, Nekromantix, Cheap Sex, Rancid, The forgotten, TSOL, The Casualties,Antidote, Clit 45, entre otros.
